Using the feedback from the sample page design, we'll apply the revised design scheme to the page outlines and design all of the desktop versions of your website pages. After your final approval, we'll have our development team get started on bringing the design to life on your chosen platform. During this time, we'll provide you with prompts to fill out the copy & replace the filler text, and we'll collaborate on populating the website content like product uploads, legal business setup, and image optimization.

Once development is all finished, our team will take a look and troubleshoot any bugs or issues before doing a walkthrough with you! We'll make sure everything is perfect before signing off, which means we'll correct or tweak anything that you catch during our call.

Once the website is completely approved, we'll give you access to the site and provide you with custom tutorial videos to help you use your new site with ease! We will guarantee that we'll give you our full efforts and create our best possible work! The success of each project is dependent on the combined work of our team and yours, so while we can't guarantee any specific results or outcomes, we can promise to do our part and fulfill all the responsibilities & deliverables on our end. For all booked projects, there is a no-refund policy for deposits (25% of project fee). In the event that we don't align or it doesn't work out, we will only refund for payments made in advance of work that is not completed.
This package was curated after 40+ clients to include what we think, in our professional opinion, is the essential and necessary deliverables for a website. If you want to add-on, we can absolutely talk it over and price it a la carte. We will not remove any deliverables, edit the timeline, or change the pricing.
We don't offer discounts as we price all packages to fairly compensate our team for their work! However, we sometimes offer a discounted rate for booking services together or we'll offer quick discounts to fill booking spots that open up last minute!. For return clients, we often offer a client loyalty discount that is priced per project.
Of course! We LOVE to work with clients from around the world. We can accommodate a wide range of timezones and we offer multiple payment options for international currencies including PayPal and Wise.
For branding projects, you can expect to pay for things like font licenses to the foundries themselves! Besides that, there may be recommended costs like stock imagery or a Figma/Canva/Adobe subscription, but none of these additional costs will come from us.
For web projects, the costs associated with hosting and operating the website are your responsibility: domain cost, app subscriptions, hosting fees, and more.
That depends! Let us know via the inquiry form and during our consultation call and we can see if bundling those packages makes sense for both parties. We can't guarantee anything, but we always like to keep the idea open!
Due to the sprint-style of our projects, we ask that you be openly available for communication during the project work days so there are no delays in the discovery, drafting, feedback, and revision process. To do our part effectively, you'll need to fill out all questionnaires and forms in their entirety and submit all necessary materials on time and help us, help you!
For branding projects, you just need to be actively available for meetings, feedback, and communication during the 1 week process! You’ll also need to make sure you have a good grasp on your business foundation like your goals, competitors, target audience, etc.
For website projects, you’ll need to have all the content ready like photography, products, and base information to provide copy! If you don't have this ready, we'll be using fillers that you'll be responsible for replacing yourself. We'll provide you with an outline for the website page sections so we can discuss copy and provide copy prompts for you to fill them out. If you’re an ecommerce brand, having your product copy and photos ready will make our lives so much easier.
For digital and print collateral like packaging or social media content, we just need the specs like manufacturer templates or dielines, the copy, etc.
